In order to keep all of our clients safe, and to ensure that clients understand our policies and procedures, we ask that everyone attending our programs understand and agree to the below terms and conditions.
The Client is obliged to read, accept and comply with these Terms and Conditions.
Before any event or appointment, the Client should book the event or appointment in advance by visiting www.restorativereins.com or calling our office at 647.390.5397.
Event bookings can be done 6 months before the event/appointment at the earliest, but not later than 24 hours before it starts.
Event can be cancelled at the latest 48 hours before the Event starts via www.restorativereins.com or calling our office at 647.390.5397.
The Clients are requested to come to the Event at least 10 minutes before the Event in order to register and sign into the Event.
The Clients are requested not to be late for the Event. Entering the premises after the start of the Event is not allowed. The Event Instructor should be informed in case the Client wants to leave the Event earlier than the scheduled time.
Clients booked for the Event, are obliged to register at the main table before the Event starts to confirm their presence.
Any Event, which starts later than scheduled for any reason, will finish according to schedule (i.e. the Event will be shorter).
In order to ensure that the maximum number of Clients can attend the Group Event, Event bookings must be paid in advance to reserve space.
In exceptional situations and only when there is enough space and equipment available, before the event starts, the instructor can allow the Clients who have not booked the Event to attend.
The Instructor has the right not to allow the Client to participate in the Event if the Client arrived late and/or is disruptive to the activities.
The instructor may ask the Client to leave the Event if he decides that Client’s behaviour is violating public order, good manners, or Company Terms and Conditions. The instructor may ask the Client to leave if Client’s health condition is dangerous for the client himself or for other attendees.
Restorative Reins has the right to make changes in the Event Timetable, in particular: change the Instructor, replace the Event with another one or cancel the Event. Such changes can only happen in exceptional situations and are not a standard practice.
The Client is obliged to inform the Instructor about any health issues and limitations which may affect Client’s safety and restrict the possibility of performing physical activities.
During the Event the Client is obliged to wear appropriate clothing and footwear.
The Client understands and agrees to the fact that Restorative Reins regularly uses different forms of medias (photograph, video, etc.) to document the programs. These medias can and will be used by Restorative Reins on different media sites (including but not limited to: company website, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube) and/or for broadcasting on television or radio as determined by Restorative Reins.
Refund Policy: Please note before booking that all sales are final. We do not give refunds for cancelled or rescheduled classes. We reserve all rights to rescheduling classes due to low attendance or extenuating circumstances.
